Does anyone know how to by pass the menu system and get to a real live
human being on the Direct TV phone number? I use to be able to do it by
pressing zero at certain points but I haven't been having any luck.

I'd like to cancel NBA League Pass after I got through to them last
year to cancel it after the season but for some reason they autorenewed
it.

You should be able to cancel it online at their website. Far easier than wading through the press one for this option...
