Dish has IMHO a nicer guide/interface/menu system, and is significantly
cheaper. Their base package is much cheaper, but also has fewer
stations.

I like the Dish DVR with dual tuners and dual outputs. You can feed the
second output (or both) back over your home cable system and watch and
record on any other TV using their UHF remote that works thru walls. Extra
remotes are obtainable on Ebay. Their basic programming package meets our
needs. I lease their DVR as I don't want to invest too much in technology
that's changing so fast ie HDTV.

Definitely Dish Network, Better programming, better IPG, better signal, good
choice of receivers
