Would the factory reset help?

What motor is it?

The rotors I have had, has an adjustable soft and a hard limit to the
east and to the west.

Maybe you have by accident set the programmed (soft) limit to the west
somehow. That can be done (and reset) by sending a command from the
receiver to the rotor.

Again, if you can give some information about brand and model of your
rotor (and your receiver), someone may be able to tell you in greater
detail what to do.

On the rotors I have had, a factory reset removes the programmable
(soft) limit.

These have two limit settings. One mechanical one on the jack and one
software one in the receiver. You will need to check both.

How old is the jack? They don't last forever.

It's probably frozen - was chilly out there today.
