Phil,

May be true for souther california, but up here in the northern
sierra's, it's yosemite NP and then nothing. And the Garmin Topo is way
under informed, compared to the USGS 24K maps. <yes, to previous
post-er, my reference map is not a USFS as I said, but a USGS Tamarack
Quadrangle>.

Definitely true of SoCal.

But you need to learn about Lassen: Works for me and a nifty place to go.

Of course, that is in the Cascades.

And Sequoia/KC is not far south of Yosemite. And there is Death Valley
East of Whitney.

Yeah if only Fugawi (The best) ran on my TX!!! Maybe V4 will but they still have no demo of 4.
