I remembered the Dishnet use linear LNB, DTV uses circular polarity LNB

No. You can modify a Dishnet Dish for DirecTV, but not vice-versa.

(well, you actually can, but it will cost you more than a new dish)

I am using a old single dtv lnb on my dish network 2700 reciever as well
as a dvb-s card with out any problems at all. Works perfectly

there are some out there but you need some programs to load the necessary
information into them. I am new to this buy here is what I found so far. I
am still researching the final details. Someone else probably has better
information.

checkout the Viewsat Platinum FTA Satellite Receiver
