Stolen GO700 |

Watchout for anyone selling a boxed TomTom GO700 without the remote, I had
mine stolen by an eBay scammer from Kent/Essex.
Thanks |

How do you get something stolen over eBay? I can understand people
potentially stealing your money by not sending you goods you pay for
but not someone stealing the goods.

Paying with a stolen credit card, hijacked PayPal account etc.

You might want to add it to our Police Supported Stolen register if you know

He paid through paypal then asked if he could collect it as he lived local,
I didn't think anything was wrong with this as I do it all the time my self.
Then PayPal took the payment back. I have not been able to find out if it
was a stolen credit card or hijacked account as paypal are ignoring all my
requests for help and info.

Then sue PayPal! If you released the goods in good faith having been paid by
PayPal - and they subsequently have a problem with your buyer - it should be
*their* problem to recover the money from him, not yours.
