Will PCI computer satellite cards work with N2? Is there good support for
this? I'm thinking about one of the "Vision Plus" cards, but is it
easy/possible to program these for N2? I'm thinking this would be a good
solution for a personal video recorder box, but only if the PCI satellite
decoder cards are n2 programmable.

yes. check out mytheatre www dot dvbcore dot com
works great.... can record to HD, convert to DVD, scheduled recording,
etc.
As far as "easy" is concerned, it's not plug-n-play..... but there is
support in various forums.
