Does anyone know if the Globalsat BT-338 will work with Street Atlas 2006
running on a LAPTOP?

Yes it does.

I'm using with no problems.

Yes, it will (any GPS that outputs NMEA data will)

Can you upload a reasonable sized region to your PDA with SAHH 2006,
like several states or so?

And will that calculate a 300 mile route in few minutes?

I tried that twice in the past and it was completely useless. I decided
to quit buying it until I find out that it is a competitive product.

Thanks for any other impressions you may have about its usefulness.
