ABC E HD broadcast problems? |

I'm watching ABC E High Def here in NYC (channel 86) and the picture is
locking up and going on and off. It's windy here and perhaps my neighbor's
tree is swaying in the line of sight for my dish, but I don't know. It's the
only channel giving me trouble so that makes me wonder if it's a tree
problem or not. Anyone know if any other channel should be giving me the
same results if it is indeed a tree problem, ie another channel on the same
transponder? Thanks!
