So lets hear what you all think of this system and price

Free rental for 2 years and $25/month after that...and about $57/month for
an HDTV value combo ? And $80/ month after that...ooooh thats getting
expensive to watch tv..although HDTV would be very kewl? How about after 2
years cancelling and then renewing with some of the future new
hardware...possibility? Any thoughts?

Is it worth it ?

Just got a new hdtv...and want to take advantage of it ?

Are non-hdtv channels more clear with upconversion than a regular reciever?

Is there a better satellite provider that would be better? Starchoice?

Has there been any hacking with the HDTV recievers?

What do you think....hmmmmmm....

Cheers !!

I have it. The dual tuner and PVR combo is awesome. And what's to say about
HDTV, nothing like listening to NFL, Baseball or Nascar in 5.1 surround,
gives me goose bumps!
The picture is out of this world. I did not notice much of difference with
non-HDTV channels than with regular receivers, it's all clear. The receiver
is cardless, there I have not heard of any hacking being done with it yet.

The deal ain't Free Rental for 2 years. It's Free Rental up to $240

24 months @ $25/month =$600 minus $240 credit = $360

That's right. Bell is giving $240.00 rental credit on any receiver.
That's why you can rent for example four 3100 receivers (or whatever
new model is called) for 2 years for free because they charge
$2.50/month rental fee for this receiver so for four receivers you have
4 X $2.50 X 24months = $240.00 rental credit
