I just got a Magellan Roadmate 300 and I noticed a few quirks and
wondering if anyone else out there noticed them:

When the unit is "thinking" or working the speaker emits a high-pitched
noise like the hard drive is working. Is there a fix for this? Other
people experience this?

And, I notice when trying to Select an Address, I type in the Street
name, which works fine, but when I go to enter the City name it says it
cannot find the city name. Instead I have to enter the TOWNSHIP name
and that works fine. Is there a reason for this? I guess that is the
way the USPS lists the addresses around me (suburbs of Philly, PA).

Just wondering...

Jeremy
