There are a number of different versions of mini-dishes, but they are
all pretty straightforward to assemble. They are designed to wall mount,
but you can usually pole mount them instead, where the dish normally
mounts to the bent pole from the wall bracket.
There should be enough parts to wall mount it, and nothing else - if you
haven't got enough bits for that then something is missing.
