Which ISPs are in Hickory, NC? |

I'm moving to Hickory, North Carolina, and am looking for some kind of high
speed internet access there.
I would appreciate hearing which "non-dial-up" ISP's are available there.
The only one I know of is through Comcast, but don' t know any others -
satellite, phone company, etc. Also, don't know the cost. Need basic
bare-bones high speed service.

If cable is available, cross satellite off your list, as it is darnded
expensive.Asc your telco, or lokk for an ISP search engine. |

Thanks, that's a good site, but you have to go to each ISP's page to see if
a particular prefix or city is covered. Unfortunately, Hickory is not
covered for DSL by most ISP's so you have to take a lot of time doing this.
Appreciate the website though.
