WTT: 3100 for a Testable HDTV Bell Model |

I'm looking for a HDTV bell model that is testable. Will trade my
current 3100 model up and running (email me for more info.)
Also just a question, do I have to change my dish to be able to receive
HD signals? |

you need to be on 82 for hdtv, 91 doesn't carry them so buy a switch cause
you don't want to drop 91 either
