5220 PVR and Caller ID

Does the caller ID feature available with the 5220 PVR work?
I am subscribed to caller ID and have the 5220 programmed correctly, however
when a call comes in the display on the TV is always " Unavailable Out Of
Area" (coincidently this is the same display used in the manual) or no
display at all. I called tech support and was told that this feature was not
fully supported what ever that means.
Can anyone with a 5220 comment?

My 5200 has NEVER displayed caller ID yet......

Every other receiver does but not the 5200.

I have the exact same problem with the 9200.
