Does anyone know if the new Canadian satellite Anik F1R(?) which was
launched in Sept, and has WAAS payload is already operational?

I am in western Canada and though I could receive the old POR satellite, it
is quiet low in the horizon and usability is very spotty. The new Anik I
believe is much better look angle wise.
