Hi there

I was looking to get US Maps for my TT3 for PDA (I use this in the UK with
the iPAQ 4150 and tomtom's own BT GPS receiver).

From the website, it seems as though upgrades are currently not available
and maps are only available for v5 or newer.

My questions are, is there any way for me to get upgraded or to get US maps?

Will the following software (tomtom 5 US software) do the job for me:

If so, will it work with my existing tomtom gps bluetooth receiver? Can I
continue to run TT3 for the GB maps on the smae device or alternatively can
I use the GB maps with TT5 software or purchase GB maps for this?

Unfortuantely the new maps are only compatible with "Version 5" software.
Which means buying the new sofware. Even though the TT3 upgrade is finished
it might be worth asking TomTom if you can get it as it will be cheaper for
you.

Yes that should do the job. Alternatively you could buy the equivalent UK
software and just add the US maps to that.

Yep, no problem.

Some people have said that TT3 and TT5 don't like living together on the
same device as it overwrites files etc.
Your best bet I think is to buy the UK version of TT5 and then get the US
maps for it.
