Are ignoring the Sale of Goods Act.
Here what they have done to me:
I've received the new Cam on the 20/01/06. At the beginning of March the Cam,a microprocessor and storage unit, died out, during its regular working routine.
On the 9th of March contacted Falcon International about the problem, and at their request I did send the Cam back for examination.Being under warranty,I was willing to accept a replacement.
The Cam was received by Falcon on March 14th.
By March 24th after a numerous unanswered emails,I was able to find a phone number for Falcon .
At my call the Falcon owner promised that it would sort it out by 6th of April.
On the 8th he wrote me saying that although he cold not find a specific reason for the Cam failure he did not intend honour the warranty as the Cam was in perfect working order when it was sent out to me.
I find his disregard for the Sale of Goods Act very unreasonable.
I've no longer faith on this retailer and his products.
AND ANYONE ELSE ASSOCIATE WITH THIS COMPANY |
