1) What kind of card should I get so that I can watch relatively clear
full screen TV.

Nearly any of them. My WinTVGo card ca go into fulscreen mode (more
accurately the software can).

CARD with remote. Correct me if I am wrong

Not unless you get a PVR card, and with to use the PVR functions from
your chair.

would be able to change channels if I connect the cable directly from
the dish (not going through the reciever) to the TV TUNER.

Indirectly no, as the satellite signal is satellite, you need a
satellite tuner card to directly tune from a satellite dish, in which
case, the answer still is no, as there is no DVB-S card that will get
the encrypted Dishnet channels (the FTA ones, yes).

It is plenty. I have a RiVa TNT2 PCI. I hade an old 1st gen AGP, and
it worked too.
