Just received word that the History Channel on C3-12 is scheduled to
leave the air on January 31st 2005. Now looking at one satellite
magazine and two programming providers saying that Turner Classic Movies
is leaving the air on December 31st of this year. May get to use the
Toshiba TRX-2220 as a door stop after all.

4DTV (and mpeg-2\dvb) have been around since at least the year 2000,if you
haven't upgraded to digital, then it's nobody's fault but your own that your
TRX-2220 is about to become a doorstop!

While you're at quit crying the sky is falling. That's just 2 channels, there
are still a lot of analog and vc2+ channels left - and UPGRADE!

Yes, or else they wouldn't discontinue analog so soon.
There is usually a year or so between when they turn on digital, and
can turn off analog.

They are in PowerVu on G10r, and part of the HITS packages on AMC11
and I think G4r.
