For .plt, open the oziexplorer help pane and ask it. Full details are
there.

There is a great piece of freeware, g7towin, that will handle
conversions to/from some or all of those formats if that is part of your
needs. You can get that here http://www.gpsinformation.org/ronh/
There are a number of other good softwares out there too, CetusGPS and
GPS Utility, come to mind.
