I need to test some thing here, but am fixed at 13 East atm.
Is there any program that does AC3 sound now that is FTA?

I dont think there is any FTA channel with Dolby Digital on 13-east.

If you point your antenna at Astra 19.2 E you will find three FTA channels
with Dolby Digital. ZDF, Pro Sieben and SAT.1.
