i am considering a meridian platinum (like the SD card) or the garmin
60c (nice screen)

i want to be able to put all of the metro LA and outskirts in --is the
60c big enuf?

the 2610 is just too much money.

any other i should check? the meridian has a cost edge too over the
60c

thanks for the input

The 60C is a nice unit for a bike; compact, rugged, waterproof and with a
good screen. The detailed maps from Ventura to Oceanside and east to Hemet
take only 42MB so it has plenty of memory for your needs. Dan
