Looking for both routing and OS GPS program for use in ROI. My current one
shows the major N and M routes and some of the larger R routes, but not the
majority of the smaller R routes and small villages aren't shown. I know I
can buy paper OS and road maps, surely the same is available in software
version?

thanks to daft pricing for mapping data from the OSI no detailed GPS
data is currently avalable.

I hear Navteq is currently conducting its own mapping survey of Ireland, so
I expect a GPS product based on this may well be available soonish.

Good, about time, maybe the next edition of City Navigator will actually
have some detail for Ireland rather than places actually disappearing as
you zoom in..!

Marcus, MapSonic from ViaMichelin has coverage for Ireland, but I don't
know if all small roads are in it.
