It wasn't a matter of being on one phone or the other. In actuality, when
the phone
call first came in, it could be for Superstar, for Netlink, or for
TurnerVision, you
didn't know until you saw the 3digit code come up on the screen. And that's
where
the somewhat infamous "Thank you for calling your satellite provider..."
arose..

This was *before* they officially merged. She would *still* answer the
phone as "Turnervision" or "Netlink" or "Superstar", but she didn't know
when she left home what company she would be "with" that day. They still
had different 800 numbers. They were still "separate" companies in the
same building. |
