they say that they treat there customers like family, judge for yourself, this is an actual response i got from their customer service because i was upset that i had been waiting 10 days on a request for help:

Even though I don't understand why because all you have the ability to
do is complain. You never look at the bigger picture. That is completely
my opinion and I will always stick to it. You have no idea what goes on
behind the scenes here. You don't know how much (name edit) sticks his neck out
for his customers. And again, I don't know why. I work for (name edit) because
he does care. If you read some of his previous newsletters you would
know that 60% of all the profits made from OneHop goes to help kids with
cancer or other deadly diseases, but you would rather attempt to give
him a bad name than learn facts of the source of the problems. Out of
all the customers we service, I can count on 1 hand the people that have
real problems on a daily basis verses the people that have nothing
better to do than create problems for other people. I understand that
people have problems in the world. Just like I understand those that
have no problems will. It's only a matter of time. But hey, if you can
do better, then do it! So don't you go yacking about Wes not treating
his customers good. The only 2 people I've seen him care more for is his
wife and daughter. If you can't accept it, then you have more problems
than just your health.
I'm sorry for the outburst but it really gets my goat when people have
nothing better to do than sit back and complain about things they have
no ideas about. And yes I get defensive when it comes to people ragging
on someone like (name edit).

and they still did not help me with my problem, they just told me to go somewhere else.

customers who disagree with them are often insulted, tho not named, in the email update letters that go to all onehop users. their accelerator is junk, even admitted by them in a tech response when i was having trouble with it. don't even bother trying to call them, in 7 months of using onehop, and many many issues with service, not once was i able to reach them by phone.

this is the worst isp that i have come across so far. if you want good service, this is not the place to go.
