question about toshiba trx remotes |
|
|
Would a Trx-2220 uhf remote, work for a trx-120 model, if i had a uhf
antenna? Also are all uhf antennas the same.
Thanks |

Also I am having a problem with the poliarity, when i turn the switch
to c/ku i get nothing( i have a cband single lnb with the three
poliraty wires), but if i move it to v/h i get the vertical channels
when the dish is hooked to the v input, and H channels when hooked to
the H input. When connected to the c/ku input and it it switched to
c/ku I get neither even or odd channels. I have a toshiba trx-120, and
it has always worked before on the c/ku input. Does anyone have a
suggestion?
thanks |

No, no, nooooo! The trx- 2220 remote is UHF only. The trx 120
receiver is infrared only. The crappy little 'ir to uhf upgrade'
Toshiba used to make will not work with a standard uhf only
remote.
Since you apparently already have a 2220 remote, how'd you like
to buy a clean used trx 2220, cheap?
