Flawed NCIS feed Today 05-03-05 |

Just played back the NCIS feed for today. Several freeze frames all
sourced at the uplink. One in segment 1, lost count after 6 in segment 2.
Haven't finished watching it yet so there may be more.
When and where was this re-fed? Won't do me any good now, but would like
to know. Was gone today and unable to baby sit paramont.
I did setup to do Blind Justice at the re-feed location before I left.
Haven't played that yet. I suppose that was flawed too.
Anyone have any thoughts on what went wrong, bad tape, VTR head, etc.
Each week, something different goes wrong at paramont.

Just finished watching the rest of NCIS. Right during Nora's father's
confession, the picture and sound freeze, destroying the critical description
of why he killed her. I was still able to figure it out, but this scene was
badly damaged. If I would have known how bad it was I would have re-recorded
it off the air. Even with the water marks and pop-ups it would be better
than this.
I archive this show, so this was a very disappointing feed.

Some minor digital flaws in the "Blind Justice" feed. Nothing major.

If not Canada watched it with missing audio and freeze frames.
