Does anyone have news on what exactly happened to the T7/IA7
satellite?

This morning I found my starband system completely down (power and pc
lights only) and now on the starband.net homepage I see:

---------------------------
Outage On Clusters 002, 050 and 189:
On Sunday morning, we lost communication with the IA7 satellite and it
cannot be repaired. All customers with Tech IDs begining with 002, 050
and 189 are affected. To restore service we are working with our
satellite providers to move customers to a different satellite and we
are working to provide our customers with temporary dial-up service.
We will update you as information becomes available.
---------------------------

Am I reading this correctly that the entire IA7 satellite is offline
for good? Or only Starband's clusters on it?

Has anyone gotten an ETA for getting their starband systems back
online on a new satellite (assuming that all clusters are permanently
down on the T7/IA7 satellite)?

(it doesn't help anything that with your starband system down, you
have no access to starband.general or discussion.starband.net so no
way to get information on the status of the problem or eta for a
fix... my phone battery went dead waiting to speak to tech support :(
