Clinton's 'Close Friend' Flips on Rosen

A former strip club owner and close personal friend of ex-President Clinton has flipped on Hillary Clinton's finance chairman, David Rosen, testifying for the prosecution against Rosen on Thursday in a surprise move sure to cause consternation in the Clinton camp.

Jim Levin spent the night at the White House at least twice in 2000. Now a fence company executive, the government witness contributed $1 million to Clinton's presidential library.

"He wasn't particularly political before I became president," Mr. Clinton said in 2000, speaking of Levin to a New Jersey fund-raiser. "[But] we got to be very close," he added.

The former topless club owner agreed to cooperate in Rosen's prosecution only a few weeks ago as part of his own plea bargain to end a bribery/conspiracy case against him, according to the New York Post.

On Thursday, Levin offered damaging testimony that Rosen knew that the costs of an August 2000 gala fund-raiser for Mrs. Clinton were spiraling out of control - and had already decided to lie about them.

"The cost of this event will never be the cost of this event," Levin quoted Rosen as telling him.

Levin's account contradicts claims from the former first couple, who have said through their scandal lawyer, David Kendall, that Rosen is innocent.

According to Hollywood mogul Peter Paul, who bankrolled the August 2000 fund-raiser, and Aaron Tonken, who rounded up the celebrities for the tribute to the first couple, it was Levin who persuaded Mr. Clinton that the gala was a good idea.

Paul has also alleged that the former strip club owner supplied Mr. Clinton with "female companionship" inside the White House.

None of this is going to matter... for some reason idiot liberals love the clintons even
after they have been proven time after time to be dirty liars and untrustworthy.. The
clintons can do no wrong in the liberal eye.. They are masters of the cover up, and
single handedly put paper shredder companys in the fortune 500.

I cannot remember a time in my life where democrats were so pathetic as they are today..
Look at the past 4 1/2 years.. Nearly ZERO contributions in the house, and senate.
The whole goal of liberals in this day and time is to block anything republicans want to do.

Sad group they are.. You might as well take the whole Democrat group in congress and
send them home, noone would notice.. well, except for the liberal media who would be
all alone in its Anti Bush campaign....

real companies are in the business to make money, sammy... not to make
politcal stands.

Oh sure, an ideal company for a democrat would be one with every liberty,
freebie, give-away,
perk, right, and numerous days off on the calendar for everything from green
day to slick-willy day..
but damnit, they just cant make money that way sammy..

fact is, if the democrats werent for every tax increase that came down the
pike the past
40 years a lot of these companies would still be right here..

You wanna-be liberals are so envious of anyone sucessful, any company who
makes more
dimes than you, that you wanna beat them down by calling them greedy, and
complain how
unfair it is.. blah, gimme a break, sammy.. There are rich people in this
world, rich companies,
some made it the hard way, some made it the easy way, some stole it, and
some just got lucky..
quit being so friggin jealous, get off your asses and come up with your own
money making
ideas, instead of holding your red flag out and crying foul..

I shouldnt even entertain any comments by you when it comes to economies, or
business,
after hearing you down people who dont buy American, but then later when
cornered,
changed your line to "American made".. what a crock. (what brand TV you
own, again?)

Envy and Jealousy is written in BOLD letters across most liberals in
washington these
days.. they have no plans... where is their plans? where? Missing in
Action Im afraid..
Only plan the libs have the past 4 years was to jump up real quickly and say
NO at
the first sound of a republican idea.. no matter what the cause..

The democrat party is in shambles sammy.. yes, some republicans, and
democrats alike
are scumbuckets, but try getting a liberal to say that.. nah, they are too
filled with envy.

just a bunch of whining, ticked off, knuckleheads, who couldnt see the light
if it
was 8 gigawatts and taped to your forehead.

lol, after the last election, all the libs cried about how they 'didnt get
their message out well
enough'.... BS! Message received, Message understood, Message rejected.
