Recently my 501PVR only gets the NASA channel and some promotional
channels. It's not hacked and I pay my bill every month.

Yes, DISH is shutting off the old (blue) cards. You should
have received a new (yellow) card a few weeks before your
old card was shut off. If you did not, give DISH a call on
their regular number (800 333-3474) and choose THE technical
support OPTION. The tech can turn your old card back on and
make sure that you are sent a new card.
