Within a few days (december 25) there will be a new Russian launch and
hopefully three GLONASS satellites will be added to the existing eleven
operating satellites. Could anyone tell me how many months after the launch
these three satellites might become available for users: three months, half
a year or should I just keep my fingers crossed?

Mr Putin might be able to tell you. Hasn't he got a website?
