Last night feed was badly edited. All the starts and ends of each segment
had bad splices. Similar to the a tracking error. So the beginning of the
segment was flawed and the beginning of the suceeding black was flawed. I
suspect a misaligned machine was used.

This must be the new tape. The begining segment started without the flaw.
So it looks fixed so far.
