I regret that a posting on demon.service has announced that Brian
Hamilton Kelly, a regular contributor to this group over many years,
died on 15 Sept from acute myeloid leukemia. Apparently this was
only recently diagnosed although he had been ill for a while.

Thanks for posting. Brian was always a valuable source of information on matters
satellite & of course a stickler for Netiquette.

Agreed very sad news indeed.

If not for BHK this newsgroup would probably not exist.
RIP.

If he is the Brian Hamilton Kelly I knew at RMCS, Shrivenham during the
1908s I wish to record my respect for his intellect, inquiring mind and
contributions to many areas of human endeavour. A sad loss.

If you are reading this Brian, I apologise for posting my eulogy in a
technical newsgroup which should be reserved for technical matters.

Poor old Brian - crossed mice with him many times, but his posts were
usually worthwhile. He is probably arguing the finer points of Gates of
Heaven protocol with St. Peter right now. RIP
