I just wanted to know if this was a good finder for the Ku, C Band and
Dish Network type signals. I have a very difficult time finding a line
of sight and need to be sure I get the right stuff. I have a lot of
trees and am in kind of a hole on my property. Thanks.

If you are an installer, spring for the birddog.
If you are just wanting a good install for yourself, try to locate a digistat or similar.
Of course an good inclinometer always helps.

BTW, the one you asked about is what we refer to as Crapola.
Rock and roll is like sex, if the neighbors can't hear it- why bother?
