I just received my unit. When I inserted the CD I got a message that
my Temp file was full and it could not continue.

I called support and they had me copy the contents of the CD to my
desktop. When I installed from there I got no message and it worked
fine. I was able to install the maps and was up and running within 15
minutes.

It's a well reported bug that Tomtom cannot be bothered to fix. You
actually need to delete the setup.exe file from the PCs /windows/temp
folder. Instructions can be found on the Tomtom web site. Failing to do
this may cause problems when you attempt to install anything else from
one of the seven Tomtom Version5 CDs.

By the way, the latest version of Tomtom for the PDA is version 5.1.
