Where's My OnSat?

Postby MarkJ » Mon Jan 31, 2005 3:10 am

I have not received an OnSat in 2 weeks. Are they still in business? My
subscription is good through September. Is Orbit still being published?
Have not seen one in years.

Orbit is still being published. Same Orbit with DISH net along with
cband/ku. Great for people that have both.

I called the people at OnSat and learned that numerous complaints are comng
from individuals in Alabama concerning missing OnSat magazines. Is this a
conspiracy? I think not. Bet it is a Postal SNAFU.

The C-band version of TV Guide has had a similar problem: Since September
2004, it's been delivered on time only 7 weeks.

Are we certain that it's not a conspiracy to get rid of the final C-band users?

Post office lag

Postby onsatrules » Fri Apr 29, 2005 8:34 am

I absolutely guarantee it is not on OnSat's end why you have not been receiving your satellite guides. Some parts of the country have more problems than others and that can only be related to the US Post Office. OnSat is written, printed and packaged TWO FULL WEEKS before the date on the cover, PLENTY OF TIME to make it to it's destination. Please understand that OnSat is the only weekly guide in time zone editions and it tries it's best (and does) to be more accurate than anyone else. But never hesitate to call OnSat's toll free number and tell them your problems, it only helps them out! ALSO! Eastern Time Zone people, keep an eye on your mailboxes for a new offer from OnSat (may be named differently). They are going to try out a monthly guide in addition to the weekly guide. That may help some people out with their post office lags. It sounds like I work for the company huh? lol
